POLICIES
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, there is limited seating available in the waiting area
Only one guest is permitted to accompany you for your appointment.
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
After 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time , you will be charged a $10 late fee.
After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule.
NO CALL NO SHOW: Failure to show up without given notice within 24 hours will result in a 50% balance of the missed appointment before booking another appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE WITH NO CALL NO SHOWS.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit can only be used to reschedule one time if you reach out within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
If a stylist has to cancel your appointment on their behalf, your full deposit will be refunded or it can be transferred to a future appointment!
NO children allowed unless being serviced.
We accept Cash and All Card payments or you can pay in full when you book your appointment online!
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Card, & Cash App. Cash is preferred. ALL credit and debit transaction are charged a 3.5% service charge.
BRAIDING POLICIES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
How are you expected to come to your appointment?
Please come with your hair detangled, blown out, and completely free of product. Failure to do so will result in additional services and fees.
Please schedule an add on service if you need a take down, wash and/or blow dry. Failure to do so will result in having to reschedule your appointment due to time.
Please be advised services DO NOT include a wash, blow dry, and/or take down.
Please be sure to select your desire color when scheduling your appointment. If a color is not chosen, you will be responsible to provide your own hair or left to choose from available hair colors in shop at the time of appointment. ( we always have #1B , #4 , #613 , )
LASH POLICIES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
How to prepare for your lash appointment?
Please arrive at your appointment with your face free of makeup, mascara, eyeliner and no oil based products.
So that the lash adhesive can throughly dry, please shower prior to your appointment to avoid showering the following 24 hours after your appointment. Steam will loosen the lash adhesive.
Remove contact lenses from your eyes BEFORE your lash appointment.
Please use the bathroom before the start of your appointment and no cell phone usage doing your lash service. Please respond to all messages of importance before the start of your appointment, as it is a inconvience to interrupt/stop services for text messages & phone calls.
Please be advised you must have 50% lashes remaining to be considered a fill or you will be charged as a full set.
LASH AFTERCARE
Avoid getting your lashes wet 24-48 hours after your lash appointments
Avoid steam or excessive sweating (weakens the bonding on the adhesive)
no mascara or lash curlers!
Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Brush your lashes at least twice a day
Wash your lashes twice a week
2-DAY RETENTION RULE
If you are not satisfied with your service, we happily offer 48 hours from the date of your appointment to notify me to guarantee the satisfaction of your set or refill. Anything needed after that will be charged as a minifill / fill / fullset.
